石家庄新铝业有限公司是在2010年12月18日经市国资委拍卖中购买的原河北省冶金厅的石家庄铝业有限责任公司的资产、重组其人员的基础上组建的，下属三个分厂：挤压分厂、铝箔分厂和散热器分厂。在拍卖之前，有龙马铝业团租赁相应资产和人员成立的石家庄龙马铝业有限公司生产经营，其中散热器分厂历史上曾沿用中国一汽铝散热器公司、石家庄铝散热器公司，是中国汽车工业协会会员，始建于1988年，专业生产装配式全铝汽车散热器以及各种汽车蒸发器系列、家用蒸发器和冷凝器产品。目前散热器分厂全称为石家庄新铝散热器有限公司，该公司历史上是中国最早国产化装配式全铝汽车散热器产品的厂家，设备是从从意大利引进的全套设备。桑塔纳水箱和捷达水箱产品的各项技术指标，经意大利汽车权威机构masini的检测和长春汽车散热器研究所检测，完全达到德国tl-874标准规范。捷达暖风水箱及红旗暖风水箱产品是捷达、红旗轿车、奇瑞轿车等指定配套的产品。冰箱蒸发器和冷凝器产品均通过了欧盟rohs产品检测，并作为许多厨房电器出口企业的配件大量出口欧盟。挤压分厂主要设备是国内最早从英国巴布考克线缆设备有限公司引进的两条350/150、350/200型conform连续挤压生产线。连续挤压铝管产品曾为海尔指定的独家供货产品、并与美菱等著名厂家建立长期稳定的供货关系。产品具有良好的市场信誉，公司完备的质量管理体系，使得公司能向用户持续提供满意的产品和服务，为客户创造价值。
